Cupcake Club
During the five sessions of Cupcake Club, participants will learn how to use tools used to create awesome cupcake designs (bags, tips, fondant, decorations, etc.…) Each participant will receive two cupcakes per session to create the cupcake theme that week. I will supply all needed materials. The cupcakes will be vanilla, and the frosting is shelf stable frosting. I am an approved home food processor through NYS. It must be noted that cupcakes/frosting are prepared in a home kitchen where allergens may be present. I will also provide an ingredients list on each cupcake container the participants will bring home, after each session.
Each week will have a themed cupcake:
Week 1: Using tools! Practicing with tips/putting frosting in bags/practicing using tips to frost cupcakes.
Week 2: Theme cupcake
Week 3: Theme cupcake
Week 4: Theme cupcake
Week 5: Participants choice: Participants will be able to choose from a variety of designs to show off their new cupcake decorating skills!
