Since we are in the heart of the holiday season which, of course, means holiday gatherings. Have you ever wanted to make an impressive charcuterie board to display or bring with you? Well, come this evening and Liz Bauld will demonstrate how to easily put together a few different kinds of boards. Most of the class will be demonstration, but when she shows how to make the meat roses, you will have the opportunity to try making them yourself. Samples are very generous, so bring a container to bring some goodies home with you.
